About Us
Located in the town of Venthône between Sierre and Crans-Montana, the Cave Nouvelle Sève is a small company offering a list of 18 different wines thus representing a beautiful and interesting range of the Valais vineyard.
Founded in 1995 by Pierre-José Tschopp, passionate about vines and wine, the Nouvelle Sève cellar is above all a family business, which gradually started with a rental estate. The construction of the cellar as well as the purchase of the equipment necessary for the vinification were done gradually.
After more than 25 years of existence, the company currently manages an estate of around 3 hectares scattered around the Sierre region. Over the years, many investments have been made to reorganize certain plots in order to make them mechanizable and also to plant new grape varieties there to expand our range of products.
